In the interest of hygiene and for your protection earrings and other jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pease email us photos of the damaged item(s) within 5 days of receiving it.


Exchanges

The quickest way to replace a damaged item is to request a return. If a return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if it is still available. Please know that jewelry sells out quickly and it not always remade once it sells out. If the piece you desire is available, expect 7 business days for the replacement jewelry to shipped out.

Refunds

You will be notified via email once we’ve received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
